Crayfish parties are about having fun and spending time with friends – a celebration of joy, laughter and the cool evenings of late summer. Finnish noble crayfish or signal crayfish are naturally the centrepiece of the table.

There is no right way to organise a crayfish party, and there is no need to stress: a crayfish party is always about delicious crayfish and good company.

We offer traditionally cooked noble crayfish or signal crayfish with toast, dill and butter.

FINNISH NOBLE CRAYFISH

The Särkänlinna Restaurant serves selected Finnish noble crayfish.
The crayfish are served in a beautiful bowl in which half of the crayfish are at least 10.5 cm in size and half are more than 11 cm in size.
As a starter, we recommend 10–12 crayfish per guest.
For selected noble crayfish, we charge the price of the day.

SIGNAL CRAYFISH

The Särkänlinna Restaurant serves selected Finnish signal crayfish.
The crayfish are served in a beautiful bowl in which all the crayfish are more than 11 cm in size.
As a starter, we recommend 10–12 crayfish per guest.
For selected signal crayfish, we charge the price of the day.
