Finally May Day – start your summer in Särkänlinna
We’ve been waiting for this! The long winter is finally behind us, and we are delighted to open our doors once again. We will joyfully begin the summer season at Särkänlinna on May Day. So book your table, step onto the ferry just off Kaivopuisto, and make sure your balloons stay with you throughout the sea crossing – we are already here waiting for you with sparkling drinks and delicious food.
This year, we will once again celebrate May Day lunch in the traditional way in the upstairs dining room, where a three-course menu will be served, as well as in the Piper Hall, where a generous May Day lunch buffet will be available.
There will be two seatings (11:30 am–2 pm and 3–6 pm), so you will still have plenty of time to make your way to the island even after a picnic in the park.
